"Impossible de transférer le fichier sur le serveur."

That message is the French translation of the language string JLIB_MEDIA_ERROR_UPLOAD_INPUT. Joomla displays this error from two scripts, libraries/src/Helper/MediaHelper.php and plugins/filesystem/local/src/Adapter/LocalAdapter.php. This happens if the filename is blank, it contains blanks or special characters, if the file extension or the MIME type is not allowed by the server, if the file is too big or if the file cannot be written into the folder.

As @Webdongle suggests, please post the results from the Forum Post Assistant (FPA).

BTW, does the web server have enough free disk space?
