Before converting the JSN Solid PRO template to the J5 version for my website, I had to fix first the old J3 template version, so to be able to have a full working starting point for the J5 conversion. If I'm not mistaken, the fixes were on botth the template and the framework, some being Joomla related and some others PHP related – but not that many. I still have that fixed version and it proved to be still working fine today if installing on a test J3 clean install running on PHP 8.3.
Assuming that the problem you encounter is related strictly to the JSN template and not to some other extension or the system as a whole, maybe you can compare it with the original version (I mean the JSN Solid PRO template), note the differences, and then use those differences, by analogy, to your own JSN templates.
The fixed files for J3 are these:

and the original, unmodified template for J3, this:

The above fixed template version will download automatically the fixed framework from the exact above address, but – if really necessary – the framework can be copied to whatever server and then the template installer can be modified to reflect the change. The original version is there just to have a point of comparison (i.e. not for actual use).
To install it, the most convenient is to use the 'Install from URL' method from the extensions install manager:

IMPORTANT: I do NOT recommend to install the above fixed version on a live Joomla 3 that already have other JSN template still installed. It may work without any troubles, but I didn't studied the impact of mixing old template code with fixed framework code. That being said, feel free to do any experiment on a separate test site.
