Of course this can be achieved using Custom module with assignment. But we do not consider here such an obvious but not productive thing as using a module.

Imagine if you have 1000 articles on your site - it will be difficult administration and 1000 modules.

If you use the module, then this can be done so:

Place only one module for all articles containing for example such a codeThen, through JS, transfer the default article heading inside <div class="my-article-heading"></div>

But this is only of academic interest, since for transferring an element via JS to another place that is quite enough existing template's HTML code and the use of the module is excessive.

But I repeat - the transfer of the heading outside the article is not very good for SEO.
Keep the heading inside the article and place it all over the width through CSS is not a problem.
