Thanks for this work-around, but I like to know what causes this behavior and how to fix itThe following method may fix the behaviour. Create two new menu items and hide them by setting the option 'Display in Menu' to 'No' in the tab Link Type. The two menu items are your versions of 'Reset Password' and 'Username Rename Request'.
